- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to errors in processing, issues beyond our control, or items being out of stock. If your order is canceled we will notify you as soon as possible and of course issue a full refund if applicable.
- Shipping: All items are sent with tracking from the UK using Royal Mail and while we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, in the unlikely event a package does go missing we will do our best to make an insurance claim with Royal Mail on your behalf. We almost always post items within one business day but there is a small chance it could take up to 7 business days to get your package en route. Once we hand your parcel to Royal Mail we have no control over delivery times.
- All sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges except in the rare case of a faulty item or a mistake on our part, such as accidentally sending the wrong record. If you happen to receive a defective or incorrectly labeled product, please contact us first rather than issuing a chargeback.
